My oldest son and I just attacked it like a death row inmate's last meal. Used butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt n pepper to brush on. Oh and a smidge of honey too.

Yeah she was the runt of our catches for sure. I did catch a really nice rainbow too but forgot to get a pic.

My Lola when she came home in 05, only 7 pounds, Vet found her wandering route 50, called the ex on Friday, saw her on Saturday, no way she was staying there........9 years later we approx her age at 14, 23 healthy pounds and the only dog I've ever seen truly smile. Adopt, so much to give with nothing to ask in return. Almost completely deaf, this dog has no looking back in her eyes, not a scent of what happened before, the broken teeth from chewing on cans, the diahrrea for weeks on end as solid food took hold. Just pure happiness, if you let them in your lives, a rescue will better yours.
