    The defense shocks the world and makes a 4th down stop (non-"Tush Push" play. BTW, I always call that play the "Tush Push" because I know Eagles fans hate that name.) to win the game. Yes, this is the game it happens.

    I agree with most of this. But I do doubt that Gunsmoke was the only show/movie/play/etc. to have that reference. Again, not that that changes my mind a ton, but it does give me pause and stuff to think about.

    Watch early episodes of the show Gunsmoke with Burt Reynolds. He played a character that had some Native descent. You'll definitely catch plenty of examples. It's possible this was just an invention of the show itself, but it's also possible they pulled that from somewhere in the collective...

    It's the first one. Frank Kearse is also active today. There's no way he'd be active otherwise, so the same goes for Griffin. You're right, though: not very encouraging. Can't remember the last time the inactive list was full of actually injured players.

    Simply put, if the defense plays the Vikings game the way they played the Cowboys game, the Vikings game is a laugher for the Redskins. Of course, the reverse is true for the offense. One of the more frustrating parts of being a not so good team.
