I'd guess a combination of cost and an equal number of games in continental Europe drawing away some of the potential audience.
The Wembley game went on sale earlier and still hasn't sold out. Not sure last year's games sold out, either.
I've also commented in the 2026 schedule thread, but I was successful in getting tickets. Really looking forward to it.

Should have been painless, but three times the transaction failed to process. Each time I was able to get back in immediately and choose tickets. Finally went through on a different card.
