Hey, we still have time to do the same from our guy. Hopefully they get the deal done with a similar mindset.

I’m more positive towards it happening soon with the Tunsil posts today. Hoping it really does mean we’re in the home stretch. And once it’s done it will mean we extended a player going into their last year of their contract as well.

He's not my top want but as I am digesting him, upgrade over Rodriguez, but doesn't bring pass catching to the mix

I had this debate with Conn but I really don’t see how he is an upgrade over CRod except that he’s proven he can handle a heavy workload. I’d be really disappointed if they signed him.

If we are going with a mid option, I hope it’s Dowdle given his 2 1K rushing seasons + what he has shown as a pass catcher. I’ll take White too given he is a plus receiver and plus blocker who may improve as a runner. One of JD’s guys

They have a lot of plus players. They’ll have to think about a huge Nabers extension next offseason and they paid a bunch of guys last offseason

I’d be happy if the Giants blew a lot of money on any of those guys. Dean and AVT are always hurt, Logan’s tape analysis made me go meh on Likely and Edmunds is overrated due to draft pedigree

It sounds crazy but I think that Okonkwo may be the big prize for me. If we get him then I can live with anything else that we do. I just feel like his speed and YAC ability would completely open up the offense and could possibly be a best friend, security blanket who could grow with Jayden as an unstoppable duo.

I think that he could free the receivers up, create mismatches, and make life much easier for Blough as a play caller. I would be OK with Likely and others but I think this guy would be a real difference maker in the division, especially if we add one or two receivers.

I feel like every other position of need is pretty deep with solid options but this guy has the potential to change games more than the others at his position, even with the likes of the read option and him killing teams down the seam if the LB eyes Jayden and the RB too long.

This is the main thing I am watching for tomorrow, maybe along with Pierce but again, their are other solid options in FA and the draft there.

I think the difference is McDuffie was going into his last year and Tunsil had 2 years left so you don’t typically extend folks with 2 years left on their current deal.

I could be wrong about the years left on each deal. But it’s what I remember
