He woiuld have if Charbonete didnt blow out his ACL. I am actuallhy glad he wont. Not worth over paying for imo. He is JCM. Same guy. But JCM is faster. If wea re going to spend big money at RB. it is Hall or no one else. I would love to get White as a compliment to JCM though at a fair price.

I don’t think he’s Bill. He has much better vision, quicker, better burst, sets up his runs better, a better receiver and blocker (despite Collinsworth). That said, he isn’t worth what he would get now on the open market. Prior to the playoffs he would have been a bit cheaper. Now he’s just not worth the cost.

White is a guy I am not convinced is a compliment or a help to our situation at all.

White is a pass catching machine. Exactly what we need as a compliment to JCM. And I disagree about Walker vs. Bill. JCM's vision, burst and speed are elite. His problem is taking care of the ball. Something I hope they can coach out of him.

Bill’s vision is severely lacking. It’s one of the main reasons he was benched. That and not blocking a soul.

Burst is fine when the hole is open at snap, struggled to burst when it’s not originally there and he has to change direction.

White ranked twelfth amongst RBs in the NFL in receptions with 40 and 29th in receiving yards. That isn’t a reception monster.

McNichols was 36th and 34th as our third back.

McNichols had 25 catches. Are we really going to compare McNichols to Rachaad White? Is that where we are at? There is no comparison career wise at all. None.

McNichols had 15 less receptions and 22 less yards.

The point isn’t that McNichols is great, kinda odd you think that was the point I was making.

It’s that White isn’t.

We have White Lite already.

White is a career 3.9 ypc guy. I will give you the overall point that he is a good receiver out of the backfield for sure averaging 52 for 368/season.

I don’t think we need a pass catching back. We need an all around back that can do everything.

I’ll also add White is good in pass pro, which is a major plus.

Hall, Love, Etienne, Javonte Williams.

Though I think I’d prefer White to Williams.

We need to add a back to the stable regardless but I’d rather add a guy who can carry the load and allow Bill time to develop.

We could do worse than White but he doesn’t move the needle for me.

White is not only a viable option for Baker Mayfield on checkdowns, but he can run a route tree out of the slot. White possesses balance when jump-cutting through contact and he plays with stellar body control as a receiving threat. He is a willing blocker, keeping Mayfield upright in the pocket versus blitzers and free rushers. With a roster decimated by injuries, notably on the offensive side of the ball to both the offensive line and skill players, White has been a bright spot for Tampa Bay in 2025.

I like White alot. Money would be much better spent on him than problem child, Brandon Aiyuk, IMO as far as an O weapon. I so hope AP doesn't make the mistake by signing Aiyuk.

I figure no one would know Aiyuk like Peters. Feels like Aiyuk really really really wants to play with Daniels, and is willing to burn any bridge to make that happen. Like the Seinfeld episode where George tries to get fired.

Am ok with Aiyuk in a one year prove it deal. Hearing about his personality, I'd be ok with rolling the dice on that, my concern would be health but I gather that will be checked out

I *think* I agree with this - but Jayden having a connection with Aiyuk gives me some pause here.
