Yeah. I figured that Brown would get fined. It sucks that the refs on the field couldn’t see what we all saw at home.
Yeah, for me, it is too many.

- the late hit call on Mikey to Saquaon: I actually think this call could be called OK but situationally I think 8 our of 10 times the refs don't throw the flag due to the situation and how it was arguably borderline. Again, not like taking a helmet off, an eye gouge - those are clear unnecessary roughness calls.
- the "palpably unfair" conversation. I can see the argument here, but here is what disturbs me: Nick now says he spoke to the refs and told them they should be aware of calling it. I also don't think the spirit of the rule was applied at all; they weren't at all trying to be "unfair" - they were making an honest attempt to stop a play that has some serious and valid questions surrounding on it. But again, in context, the viewpoint taken was again a pure "Eagles" view.
I hate blaming the refs. I'm glad our guys prefer to take accountability and say, we turned the ball over too much. Heck, I *love* that.
However, as a fan, the refs do deserve some fingers pointed at them here. They should be held accountable in some regard here. There are too many "obvious" calls missed in that list. Some of them are real momentum swingers, but they ALL lead to players starting to doubt the fairness of the game which can really affect your drive.
In context, there were serious problems with the officiating in this game. I say that as someone who prefers to let a lot of officiating mistakes go as mistakes, to really try to give the benefit of the doubt. I thought the whole "6-0" under Hochuli talk was a little foolish because, hey the Eagles have won a lot of games. I mention that to say, I really don't like "seeing" referee bias, I prefer to "see" mistakes. There were too many "mistakes" for me to reasonably conclude this was fairly called. To me, just way too many.
