Nice, the thing that reads 'true' to me about what was said is that Gruden had the balls to get in the face of status quo.
Yes, it was embarrassing to publically see and hear about a 'can't drop back right' QB, a 'can't block worth a crap' WR or a 'needs to be on the field' TE and other breakage of rules for the bus.
Did it have to be done that way, probably not, but when a hype machine continues to roll along unabated, perhaps a shattering head-on collision into a brick wall forces the rebuild.
Status quo was that misdirected hype machine, the culture that we all want to change.
Let's see what this mechanic and the new purveyor of parts can do to reassemble this sputtering mess.
We have seen some early trial returns already.
Don't know for sure if the machine it's race ready but it appears to be running a little smoother and it's starting to look more like a football machine.
