It's one of the reasons we very recently turned down an offer to become the official Redskins forum for a very profitable and well-known sports web conglomerate.

Dang. That would've solved my situation with wanting to work from home!

I would add to those of you reading here to remember to remove their content from any newsreaders and subscriptions to any twitter feeds that you may use.

For example I found one of their blogs, the redskins page and a couple of their reporters on my feedly content page and unfollowed all of their people on twitter with a nice little message to them stating why. This could be very effective if people would actually follow through with it.

Oh yeah... I've followed PFT from the very beginning but have recently removed them from Feedly and Twitter too. I wish more fans would follow me in that trend.

This is what I sent to the Post reporters that I followed before unfollowing them:

I regret to inform you that, due to your editorial board's stance, I will no longer read, follow, or support your business.

"I'm unfollowing u due to the post's insistence in alienating my #REDSKINS. I wish u luck&hope to see u work elsewhere. #HTTR "

I un-followed all WaPo Redskins reporters on Saturday.

I don't miss them...

at all.

I wouldn't clean up my dogs feces with that rag, PC has already made print media irrelevant, time to feel the burn in their online presence.

If I was Snyder I would go further much further

If as Al Michaels said broadcasters/reporters/media have a contractural obligation to use our full name, I would inform all media people that unless they fufill said contractural obligation Then individual media passes and rights associated with said pass.

In other words use Redskins or your not getting in.:newangel:

I've been doing this for years. The Post lost me as a reader for good during the Nunyo and JLA days.

Now I wish I had a subscription or followed some of those clowns on twitter just so I could send them something hateful like that too.

WaPo sent me an email this morning and they want me to buy one of their super discounted subscriptions. I'm keeping the email and will send them a reply (saying "nope") sometime next month - about a day ahead of switching internet service providers. Yep, their reply will bounce right back to those suckers. :)

Im almost down with getting rid of PFTMZ as well..they're just as offensive.

And JLa parlayed beating on the hometeam into a NFL Network gig... albeit shortlived. As fans, we make these guys famous by hanging on their every word. I'm almost ashamed to have taken this long to rid myself of them and PFT. Both make a living hating on our team. Cant live with that any more.

The line that The WP crossed was making it official policy not to use the name.

where do you stand personally with a site like pft? This guy used us as fans for years to build up his site then as they grow the owner partners with nbc and then takes a sharp turn hating on all things REDSKINS. Someone who is always out front in the "name is offensive " crowd cheering loudly with a whole host of viewers following along like the sheeple they are. He's got a very shiny pitchfork and a 10jillion candle power torch. I hate him more and more with each day for using us to build him up and now using his size to tear at what we hold dear and with snark.

I used to have fun in the comments section but now I find that I have been targeted and removed from each and every anti REDSKINS article posted over there.

I just sent a reply to the WaPo on subscription renewal. Here is a screen capture of my reply - with modifications. :)

The more people refuse to link to or even peruse the Compost's website, their advertisers will see it in the lack of hits and cookies.

I say take it further like the raving agenda heads out there often do. Contact their advertisers and tell them we won't do business with them unless they sever their relationship with such a biased and unfair paper.
