A change is what it will take. I was thinking about this last night. If we dumped Shanny today, I wouldn't be surprised to watch us win the last three. Nor would I be shocked if we won the last three after switching Cousins and Griffin. The team needs some sort of spark.

To be fair, I also wouldn't be shocked if we lost all three no matter what we do.
