In this thread a while back, I mentioned a malware issue I was having. Come to find out, so were millions of others.

I eventually had to back up my files and do a full HD wipe to solve the problem.
For those living in a cave, the FBI months ago set up a safety net on their servers to protect users that were infected with a malicious international DNS changer. July 9th, that safety net will be removed, and you will lose the internet if you aren't safe. Here's a link to a story for those skeptics among us to verify.

Checking to see if you are infected is easy. Just go to the link below, and you will get a green light as I did, or you will get a red light warning you that your system is infected. It's free, and they give you another link to clean it up for free as well if you need to.

It doesn't require you to download anything or sign permission for anything, it's just a quick system check, and literally only takes as long as it takes you to click the link.
