WHat Kind Of Insect Is This?

I went out front a little while ago, and there are literally hundreds of these things all over the front of my house, and I have no idea what they are. They can fly, and are no bigger than a house fly. The wings make them look fat, but they actually have a thin orange body under the wings, similar to the body of a firefly. Anyone have any idea what they are?
