Sounds good to me. I'm happy to post the pounds I'm down (HOPEFULLY) each Monday morning.I had a thought - maybe you should update the main post with progress? You can just do weight loss or a percentage loss for those who don't want to share their weight.
I'm stuck at 26 lbs lost. And still as ugly. I consider that a draw.

Are you counting calories (or carbs)? I used to think that was bogus, but having that kind of feedback, and allowing myself flexibility under that cap actually helped me.
Indirectly - I'm counting Weight Watchers points (as is Goaldy), which factor in calories and carbs.
