Welcome Back, Kotter will receive the 35th Anniversary Award at the 2011 TV Land Awards, which tape April 10 and air April 17. John Travolta will reunite with his fellow cast members to accept the honor. (“What?…Where?”) As of now, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs (Freddie “Boom Boom” Washington), Ron Palillo (Arnold Horshack) and Marcia Strassman (Mr. Kotter’s wife, Julie) are confirmed to join Vinnie Barbarino. Other names will be announced

I thought that Ron Palillo (Arnold Horshack) ended up doing some porn work later in life like that kid from Saved by the Bell.

Correct me if I am wrong.

I loved the show too by the way.

Screech vs. Horshack FTW!

I thought 'Kotter' was one of the lamer of the 1970's series (had the same insipid vibe as 'One Day at a Time'), although Travolta and Ron Palilo (Horshack) were great characters. I just couldn't take more than 3 minutes of Gabe Kaplan...probably just a personal taste kind of a thing...

Just remember, the Horshack family name means...'the cattle are dying' :)
