I like the helmet too, I love the numbers on the back and the Matte finish. The logo is fine. I wouldn’t mess with the stripe either. I do think a yellow face mask would look better though.

The white jerseys should go. It must be possible to make them look less like Cardinals or Falcons jerseys. I don’t love the black unis either but that’s a lost cause.

I would love to see throwbacks. Do the Super Bowl uniforms (with everything but the logo if need be), or I would love to see the Jurgenson era throwbacks with the spear helmet or the old helmet with the feather in back. Surely we can have the spear and feather if the Chiefs can do the tomahawk chop and the Titans can wear Oiler uniforms.

Well, it's not like burgundy and gold has anything to do with the military.
 
I guess my point is that the ONLY thing we really know about our new name is that it has vaguely military connotations... so it wouldn't make sense to me to remove one of the few things about the 'brand' that reflects military service.

Anyway - they'll do what they're gonna do.
 
The name and uniform suck. I've never been a fan of the colors. The fan base is a mostly wine and cheese pussies.

I've said since the WTF year, go Redwolves. Do the 80's uniform exactly the same, except the logo goes from a face, to a howling wolf, feather to a tail and the stadium becomes the Den.

Commanders was the name, because Crappy Dan wanted to build an entertainment complex and call it the command center. Football wouldn't even be the focus.

Every nickname sucks, too. As much as I hated major tuddy, it might be the only likeable thing other than the H.O.G. being the owners.
 
Hmmm… wine and cheese/burgundy and gold. I’d never made the association before.

Our colors ARE literally wine and cheese.

I agree-worst name and uniforms in the NFL
--although to be clear I like burgundy and gold, the colors are different than they used to be

I assume Chris is referencing the ketchup and mustard color scheme which looks a lot more like KC than DC.

Maybe (hopefully) our '27 Rivals version is something we can actually keep to replace these horrid uniforms we use now. It would offer an opportunity for a seamless transition.
 
I'm not sure there's any difference.
I think that might just be the lighting.

Look at the Lane jersey a few post up.

Edit: Hadnt heard the " 27 " part before.
From your post, Ihought it was something that had already been released. Our " Rivals " version isnt scheduled to be released for another couple years.
