I'm dead serious. I'm done trying to logicallly quantify why we haven't been able to win in 20 years.

I think, we have an owner who wants to win.
I think, we have decent talent.
I think, we have players who want to win and play hard.
I think, we have good coaches.
I think, we finally have a QB who's capeable of winning.

I don't even get mad anymore.
I don't even get sad anymore.
I don't even care anymore.

I more inclined to believe that Dan Snyder is a reptilian, munching on babies in the basement of his mansion, rather than any logical wrong doing any longer.

How anybody can look at this roster,especially on offense, and claim we have decent talent , that person is either:

Liquored up

Or

Mentally delusional.

funny diesel, I was gonna say the same thing about us having good coaches, how do you take a defence from 5 to 32? how do you take over an offence that was already terrible , have an entire offseason to upgrade players and practice and be worse? Our talent level on offence is below average but not terrible, our talent on defence in a 4-3 is actually solid, in a 3-4 is terrible.

We were a losing organization when he bought the team. Maybe they deserved to be fired. Regardless, life goes on. Get over it.

Do a little search. It wasn't that he just fired them, Sarge has posted the letter Snyder sent out to his mother, a staffer from the previous regime. It is telling of Snyder and his way of doing business.

Thanks for posting that Sarge. I did a little search when Elephant mentioned the letter. It seems the internet is littered with questionable ethical decisions of Snyder, currently and in the past.

There is just something that doesn't add up with franchise when looking from the outside in. I truly believe there are things going on internally that is creating a F'd up work enviroment that most fans will never know about.

I don't know the man personally, but it's clearly obvious for whatever the reasons, this franchise will never succeed with Snyder in charge.

It's the same **** every year, big name players and coaches with some kind of ridiculous drama on the side.

In my opinion, Snyder is here to make money first. Sure he's a fan of the team, but it's that fandom that has gotten us where we are today. It hasn't helped us build a sound organization or get good players that fit a certain philosophy. Unless you are a big name football player or someone that can help him in his little ventures, Snyder is the ****ty boss that no one wants to work for, and more importantly, generates no loyalty from his workforce
