The Washington examiner is essentially shutting its doors, changing to a weekly political magazine.

Here are some of their goodbye posts, I apologize for the mobile links....

Rick Snyder

John Keim

There are more skins reporters but I can't find their farewell posts. Hopefully they all land on their feet, these guys were some of the best in the business in my opinion.

Yeah, Keim is one of the best. These guys should get snapped up quickly.

Keim said he starts with the Post on July 1. Hope that doesn't change him, his analysis is terrific.

I thought he'd gotten a job somewhere else...haven't been on Twitter much lately though.

No he got a job at the post a few weeks ago or so. Was snatched up very quickly. Doesn't start until a week before training camp though.

That's what I meant, I remember reading that he got a job somewhere else awhile back.

You aren't going where I am am... The western edge near south Dakota. If you don't like farming or shoveling snow then you're only choice is alcoholism.

Where's Joe White these days? I always liked him. Very kind to me when I was a small-town sports reporter at Skins camp in Carlisle and Frostburg, and an outstanding writer. I believe he may be with the AP.

If it's Joseph White Jr., he is indeed with AP as I saw on his Twitter account.

Keim has always been the cream of that crop. Honestly - if the Post weren't more interested in hiring writers they can count on to antagonize Snyder than they were in quality sportswriters, they'd have hired him a long, long time ago.

Keim introduced himself to W Post readers yesterday, and his first article (on Polumbus) was posted today.
