REDSKINS SIGN EIGHT TO RESERVE/FUTURE CONTRACTS

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have signed the following eight players to Reserve/Future contracts:

So, the practice squaders have been 'elevated' to the off-season roster.

The only PS names I recognize on that list are Stevens and Meggett.....Mouton sounds familiar too

It was just a throw-away comment as not all of them were on our practice squad.

Gettis was signed from Carolina, Quinn was on the Redskins roster in 2011 but played just the one game, Peyton Thompsn was signed when Chris Thompson went to IR, Malone has already been with three teams, Mouton was with Tennessee in 09, 10 & 12, and Meggett was signed when Royster went to IR.

I could be wrong with a couple of the signings, but that's the general gist of it.
