Gee, big business does just this all the time. They have deep pockets and can just flat drown the "little guy" in legal bills. I don't see Congress upset about that practice.

Ridiculous anyway. However you feel about the suit, Snyder's claim is that he was defamed and libeled. That's not revenge, that's wanting to clear your name.
