Over/under on number of games before Randy quits on the team: 5. Alex Smith throwing him the ball? No way he finishes out the season.

Not a signing, but the Boys just released Terrence Newman.

Well, that concerns me because they were reported to be one of the top candidates for Brandon Carr's services. This cut may suggest they are ready to sign him.

Brandon Marshall is now a Chicago Bear according to the NFL Network.

Traded for 2 3rd round picks.

Edit: With rumors of Peyton not wanting to play with Marshall, the Dolphins trading him may be the deal breaker for them to sign Peyton.

That makes me wonder if Miami is no longer an option for Peyton, considering that the team would look a lot less attractive to him, without Marshall.

From what I have been seeing is that the Marshall trade is a sign the Dolphins are getting serious about signing Manning. Some have suggested Manning was not a fan of Marshall and this move makes signing Wayne a more viable option.

Almost sounds like Peyton is callin the shots on their offense, before he even signs :)

If Miami can pull off signing Winston, that would go a long way toward making Peyton more comfortable signing there.

I'm surprised that Denver has impressed Manning so much. Outside? Cold? Windy?

I wonder what the appeal is. Maybe John Elway, and a decent defense?

I'm surprised everyone is convinced Manning will ONLY choose to play in a warm weather city. Where did this theory come from ?

I would of guessed he would rather play in a warm climate...with his age and 3 neck surgerys later ..just a guess:cool3:
