I read a story awhile back about a fishing tournament held in NC the winning prize was 1 million for the largest marlin caught well the bought that won at the end they were checking the licenses and one of teh fisherman on teh boat didnt have a license so they never go the money a 20 dollar license ended up costing the boat 1 million

after reading these two stories, boone needs to think about moving to another state. his luck could be running low. as a virginian, i must advise that avoiding north carolina at all costs is the best option.
