So far so good Mike. We're keeping an eye on this rain AND the basement and window wells. We have a sump pump in the utility room in the basement that has never kicked on in the almost six years we've lived here. Hoping that streak continues.

You may want to test that puppy if it hasn't run in that long. Won't be the first float valve I've seen stick in the down position. Bucket of water will tell the tale....
