The NFL will announce its complete schedule for the 2025 season on Wednesday. However, the league has already begun releasing select matchups on Monday, with additional details and leaks starting to surface ahead of the full reveal.

On Monday, the league revealed a Saturday doubleheader for Week 16, featuring divisional matchups: the Philadelphia Eagles against the Washington Commanders, and the Green Bay Packers facing the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. With the Packers holding the fifth-toughest strength of schedule in the league, their path to a successful Super Bowl run will be anything but easy, no matter how the games fall.

On Tuesday, the NFL revealed more details from Green Bay's 2025 schedule, including the announcement of a primetime game.

Come November 10, it will be the sixth meeting between the Packers and Eagles since 2019. The two teams faced off twice last year, first in the inaugural regular-season game in South America, where Philadelphia defeated Green Bay 34-29. They would meet again during Wild Card Weekend, with the Eagles securing a 22-10 victory on their way to a Super Bowl title.

The last time Philadelphia visited Lambeau Field was during the 2020 season, with Green Bay securing a 30-16 victory. The two teams also met at Lambeau the previous year, where the Eagles came out on top, 34-27, in Matt LaFleur's fourth game as the Packers' head coach.

Since 2020, Green Bay has played 25 primetime games, the second-most in the league, trailing only the Kansas City Chiefs. It is fair to expect more primetime matchups on the Packers' schedule, with potential opponents including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, and any of their NFC North rivals.
