NFL Pickem: Week 13 Results

This week, it was yours truly leading the way at 11-5, with RobinTom, IronMike, Walking Deadman, tugboat, Docsandy, and Posse Lover also finishing at 11-5. All players this week finished at .500 or better although favorites won only 9 of the contests.

For the season, SNF still leads the way at 131-61 but with only a tie-breaker giving him the nod against RobinTom, also at 131-61. Those two are followed by micks113, Yusuf06, Kel Varnsen, tugboat, IronMike, Walking Deadman, BigRedskinsDaddy, and Lovethebeer for our current top 10.

Wow, I must be livin' right. Screwed the pooch three weeks straight and I've still got a shot. Here's hoping I can make a stretch run.

This is a heck of a tough group! Kudos to all.

You're right there competing for the top spot. Thing is, at least half those still playing, were they to rattle off 3-4 top notch weeks, could close the gap and be close as the playoffs start. I think this will be just as close at the end as some of the previous contests have been. That's what makes it fun

 

[Kel Varnsen]

Four back with four weeks to go. It's possible, but I can't have weeks like last week if I want to make it up. I don't expect to make up much ground in the playoffs.

3 good weeks in a row, coupled with some bad weeks for the leaders, and the whole thing could look differently. Happens every year.

I guess we will have to stop guessing 21 - 17 game for every Monday night game
