Found this little bit of speculation on CBS Sports website..
Hmmmm....if this were to happen, I wonder if he might wish to renew an old relationship with a mild-mannered QB coach? At the least, however, you might be able to add Holmgren's name to the list of those who would say "oh HELL no!" to any offers from the Redskins organization.

There's been some scuttlebutt as to whether Hawks' fans want Tim Ruskell replaced as President/GM at the end of 2009. And, if replaced, Mike Holmgren to replace him for both positions. It appears as though Holmgren may be interested in those positions per Michael Lombardi of the NFL Post:

1. In talking to people close to former Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren , his preference in returning to the NFL might not be on the sidelines but in a Bill Parcells-type role. And the team he has his eye on is Seattle. Current GM Tim Ruskell is in the last year of his deal and has not been given an extension even after Jim Mora, his hand-picked head coach, was hired. Holmgren would love to be back in Seattle and still has a wonderful relationship with Seahawks owner Paul Allen.
...So, very simple poll question. If this is true, do Seahawks fans want Mike Holmgren to be the President and General Manager of the Seattle Seahawks in 2010?
