This is hilarious and awesome at the same time. A local furniture store had a promotion that anything purchased between January 31st & 3pm Superbowl Sunday would be completely refunded if the Ravens returned a kickoff for a TD to start the game or the 3rd quarter.

Ended up costing them around $600K! I hope it was worth it, lol.

Edit: Nevermind. It's just straight-up awesome and hilarious.

It’s better for the people who got free furniture, and only bad for the insurance company that has to pay off on the policy the store bought against such an event happening.

Yep, see Henry's post right above yours. I didn't even know you could buy insurance for something like this...I wonder how much that policy would cost? Had to be pretty costly...
