Final Stats: Redskins at Panthers

my highlights of where the game was won/lost:

two fumbles, one interception. an offense without talent turns the ball over when trying to make plays.

Steve Smith 20.8 yards per catch average with no other WRs of note on the Panthers roster. Isn't Rule 1 on defense to take away the primary threat and make other people beat you?

Cam Newton's 127 qb rating despite 4 first half sacks. Talent (Newton) can recover from a poor half of execution and pressure and still put his team in a position to win.

we make bad Qbs look good and decent Qbs look great.

Hmmm...interesting.

"Defense is that bad. They have made every QB they have played against this year look like an all pro. It's almost to the point where you start the QB they are going up against in fantasy."

There's an irony in that quote.

It's from a Packers fan watching the game against the Vikes-Ponder didn't look bad at all-and the Packers D looked horrid.

It just seemed so.....familiar. :thud:
