Check out this site. Found it at the other place.

This lets you be the GM...complete with trades and everything. Drafting for the Skins only takes a few minutes if you skip to your pick. You even get graded after your draft is complete.

The trades are a little too forthcoming, IMO, so I completed mine sans trades just to see what would happen. It was fun but the biggest question is...... are you more capable than Vinny Cerrato?

My initial draft:

Your score is: 3573 (Drafting Ability: A, Player Quality B-, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 19: Jonathan Cyprien, SS, Florida International (A)

Round 5 Pick 21: Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina (A)
Round 5 Pick 29: Cory Grissom, DT, South Florida (A)

Round 7 Pick 22: Brandon Kaufman, WR, Eastern Washington (B-)

Best I could end up doing was 10th. Fun game tho all the same.

You can really go hog wild if you start making trades. I've seen guys ending up with 15 picks, which is pretty unrealistic but you pick up more points that way I'm sure. It would be interesting to see if any of our drafts line up with what the Skins actually do.

This is fun, thanks Jimbo. I went nuts with the trades one time, like you said pretty unrealistic. I then went back and accepted no-brainer trades, like picking up an extra 5th round pick to move back three slots in the 4th. The system does like you more if you execute trades, and draft based on value moreso than need I think.

I'll do one without any trades and post in a little.

Actually goes a lot faster if you ignore trades....

Well done, Goal. That's a draft I could live with.

I was looking for Reid in the 2nd round as well but he went a pick or two BEFORE me in my draft so I went with Cyprien.

Yeah I was surprised and happy to see him there. I kinda doubt he will be available when we actually draft, but a guy can dream, right? Cypriens is a great back up plan, imo.

SOMEBODY got trade-happy. :rotflmao: Would t'were that were.

Yeah, I went nuts one time too and kept trading down. Ended up with 4 3rd founders, 6 5th founders, etc. Pretty much replaced 3/4 of the team. They don't seem to limit you.

LOL, yeah I did, but like the others said it seems the trades are waaaay generous in your favor.

I think it's a very fun site even though it's not totally realistic. I mean, where's that **** wart Mara demanding to strip our picks scenario? Something like a pop up banner with "the league has just informed you that your 3-5 rd picks have been given to charity" or something.

J/K...I'd probably make a terrible GM but it'd sure as hell be a blast doing it.

:yikes: Although I see mara weasled his way into 2nd place and the pukes got 3rd. That part kinda sucks.

This one is actually pretty believable but a 4th round pick on a QB two years in a row would DEFINITELY get a few blood pressures up, especially as it's unfolding. The end result looks better when you see it all at once but can you imagine the comments, here and elsewhere over Dysert? :rotflmao:

After last year, I've learned to expect the unexpected so I'm hoping I'll keep my mouth shut a little more. Then again, it's my job as a fan to question the sanity of our FO. ;)

Yep, but look how glad we all were to have Cousins. After everyone had a conniption about drafting him :D
