EAGAN, Minn. (DC News Now) - On Wednesday at the NFL owners' meetings, the league announced that HBO's "Hard Knocks" documentary in-season series will feature the NFC East division this season.
The Washington Commanders will be showcased alongside their division foes, the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and the defending Super Bowl champions, the Philadelphia Eagles. The first episodes are set to air on HBO this December.
This will be the first time the Commanders will appear on the show "Hard Knocks." The team gained plenty of traction after an excellent 2024-25 campaign, during which they went 12-5 during the regular season and made it to the NFC title game for the first time in 33 years. After an impressive run under a first-year head coach and a rookie quarterback, now the Commanders are must-see TV.
Fans will get a behind-the-scenes look at how head coach Dan Quinn runs the team and learn more about their favorite players like Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin.
The Buffalo Bills were selected for the show's training camp documentary, which will air on Tuesdays starting August 8th, the beginning of the NFL's regular season.
