I am the exact opposite! I would take half the sq. footage for a nice big lot. I want at least 10 acres for that kind of money. But it is Miami, so...

Still, having spent 10 years in the West Palm area, I would not want to live in Miami. Too congested. North Palm Beach to Tequesta still holds enough quiet life for me.

Although the house would likely need some significant upgrades I like that it has 20 acres, this is more my style:

You realize this is actually a townhome, right? If you don't want the hassles (or IMHO, joys) of dealing with a yard, it looks pretty spacious to me. After all, it's almost twice the sq. footage of our humble single family abode. That's probably enough lebensraum for most anyone I'd think.
