Best Way To Get Tickets During The Season

I was just curious about something for next season. Is there anywhere you can buy tickets at face value, or close to it for regular season games? Where is the best place to buy tickets that are affordable? I don't expect to ever get any for face value, but the people selling the $44 face tickets for $300+ is a little absurd. How far in advance should I buy them to get the best deal?

At the ticket office before the game. I bought a ticket there tonight for 70 bucks. Of course I snuck down to my usual spot 5 rows back in the end zone...

It depends on many things. Prices fluctuate depending on what is going on. Watching the week to week change as a season goes on is the best way to learn. The second thing you need to learn is what sections are where and what face value is so you can spot deals when you see them.

I also know people that go to the stadium and buy them 10 minutes into the game for 30% the price but I've never done that.
