BEL: IT

[Neophyte]

The day starts like any other weekday…alarm, shower, coffee, e-mail. It is pretty much like every other work day I have had since Jan 3rd of this year. Oh, my office is a bit warmer than most of those days and I am dressed a bit more casually than most of those days (I’m in shorts and Crocs rather than jeans and sneakers) but it is pretty normal otherwise.

Except it isn’t. Not really.

You see, IT returns today.

I know exactly what you mean. Because of the 4 hour time difference, the game started at 3:30 so I left the client I was working at about 2:45, drove home, settled myself into an easy chair and, and….
I feel asleep during the Redskins first touchdown drive.

I managed to wake up in time to see them score and then managed to stay awake for the rest of the half. Then fortified by a half time Espresso I managed to stay awake until the 4th quarter when I was again overcome by the excitement of watching the future stock boys of America battle it out.

Still, Redskin football is back and you got to like what we saw from the first units, even if it was only the first preseason game against Buffalo.
