The cooking channel had a contest for the best college dish. Hands down the winner was Vitek's Gut Pak. One of my staples at Baylor in the early 70's.

Baked ziti pizza at Canoli Kitchen in Boca Raton. Really, any of their pizza! The lasagna pizza was also clutch!

For breakfast, everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese at Flacowitz.

What made the gut pack great while at Baylor? it is an opened faced baked potato mixed with Fritos, BBQ sausage, chopped Bar BQ beef mixed with onions, jalapeños, topped with cheese. The potato kept the fire down and the Fritos gave it a nice salty crunch. Truly heaven on earth!!
