Alabama Fan Faces 2-Years in Jail for Obscene Video Incident W/ LSU Fan

In case you didn't hear about this, Alabama fan Brian Downing "teabagged" a passed out LSU fan at Crystal Burger on Bourbon St., after Alabama upset the Tigers in the BCS Championship. He was filmed doing so, and the video led to his identity being discovered and he eventually turned himself in.

Now, this was undoubtedly a horrifically stupid thing to do, but 2-years in jail seems a bit harsh, no? Make him pick up garbage on the highway for 2000 hours & put him on the sex-offender list; 2-years in jail? Wow. I'm betting half the frat boys in America would be in jail if this was a universal policy. Of course, they aren't dumb enough to allow themselves to be filmed.

It's a sex offense and he should have to register himself as a sex offender wherever he goes for the rest of his life.
