Tell us more SS - I see asparagus, but what's underneath that and how did you cook it?
Super simple. Melted some butter in the hot DO , then added breadcrumbs to soak up the butter, then took the mixture out and laid out chicken cutlets in the DO, slapped some swiss and sliced ham on them, dumped the breadcrumb mixture over the top, threw in fresh green beans and cooked for 35 minutes. I used 18 briquettes on the bottom, in a circle around the edge, then 6 coals on top.
It came out great!

Today I made a recipe called "Mountain Man Breakfast" of simple sausage, taters, egg and cheese.
