Registration Image not refreshing

As the title states, clicking the "refresh image" link during registration didn't refresh the image.

I bet you guys can just go in and solve these problems hands-on, huh?

Yeah, thats the good news. The bad news is, we have to fix it ourselves.

Om and I are the tech guys here - can you believe that? :)
