ANNOUNCEMENT OF INACTIVES

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The Washington Redskins have announced the following inactives and lineup changes for today’s game against the New York Jets:

The Redskins declared the following players as inactive:
o No. 11 WR DeSean Jackson
o No. 23 CB DeAngelo Hall
o No. 29 CB Chris Culliver
o No. 31 RB Matt Jones
o No. 71 T Trent Williams
o No. 78 C Kory Lichtensteiger
o No. 86 TE Jordan Reed

No. 14 Ryan Grant is expected to start in place of Jackson at wide receiver.
No. 26 Bashaud Breeland is expected to start in place of Hall at cornerback.
No. 41 Will Blackmon is expected to start in place of Culliver at cornerback.
No. 67 Josh LeRibeus is expected to start in place of Lichtensteiger at center.
No. 79 Ty Neskhe is expected to start in place of Williams at left tackle.
No. 89 Derek Carrier is expected to start in place of Reed at tight end.

The writer of this article probably deserves to be pounched in the mouth. Nothing worse than lazy "sports-journalists".

Looks like Morris is going to be ridden all game long...with Thompson as the change of pace back. I don't see that as a a problem.
