Thread for players NOT expected to return to Washington in 2015

There's a thread updating all the new acquisitions.
So, (especially for the sentimental type of fan, such as myself), I thought it would be good to have a thread, which updates on which players who were on our 2014 roster, that are not expected to be retained, re-signed, what-have-you.

New player acquisitions receive a lot of media and fan attention, with accumulating posts, however the ones not expected to return obviously get little or no announcement, just by nature of the fact of their "non-signing".

So it seems good for those fans who get attached to Redskins, to know officially, or even unofficially, about their status of returning for 2015. Especially for those fans who aren't always in the loop, or aren't as active in the news reports, long threads, tweets, etc

I guess this mainly applies to our own free agents, but I suppose it could also include Redskins who are currently under contract, that are expected to be cut before the 2015 season.

So far, this is what I personally understand are the players NOT expected to re-sign (only including players who have NOT signed elsewhere, because those are quite obvious) :

Brandon Meriweather
Colt McCoy
Chris Neild


These, I would like confirmation on, or at least feedback, as I get the impression they will not be returning, but have not heard any strong talk, either way :

Santana Moss
Jarvis Jenkins
Chris Thompson
EJ Biggers

Again, this thread is open to anyone who wants to add any names to the list, that I have no included.

So are you also including cuts like Cofield and Bowen? What about Hankerson and Orakpo?
