Infographics: Where Does Your NFL Team's Offense Come From?

Very interesting article, that shows visualizations of where NFL team's offense comes from. In my opinion, this highlights the inefficiency of the passing-game at the moment for the Skins. But at least we're not the worst in the NFL at any position!

The stats used for the skill-players are DYAR - Defense-adjusted Yards Above Replacement, which is:

It's a Football Outsiders metric that compiles the total value a player generates over the course of a year, and adjusts for the strength of opponents...

The offensive lines are given as Adjusted Line Yards and Adjusted Sack Rate, which are:

rushing and pass blocking statistics. Adjusted line yards separates out "open field" yardage to determine how much the line affects running plays; Adjusted Sack Rate comprises sacks intentional grounding penalties, and is adjusted for down, distance, and opponent.
