He apparently was upset about going on IR. Bruce Allen met with him and he calmed down after that. Sounded to me like he made some assumptions he shouldn't have and that he had no reason to be pissed at the team.

On a day where the run game will likely decide the winner, it doesn't look good that our OL is in shambles with suspect RB's while their OL and top rated RB are healthy.


But...

So our starting offensive line will be who?, Lavao, a rookie center, who?, and Moses with two sprained ankles. Good luck with that.
 
Seems like a college All Star game on the O-Line today. What combination of Bergstrom (6 years exp), Orlando Franklin (7 years exp), Arie, Roullier and Catalina gets on the field. Seems like a day to go simple man on man and see how it goes. We got some big guys here - not a one under 310 lbs.

These aren't street players, or college players.
They're the Hogs 3.0 !
And unlike Hogs 2.0, they actually run-block well !
And after Callahan's Castaways beat Dallas today, we'll be arguing whether these replacements deserve a Super Bowl ring this year !

It'd be nice if the Wrs and Rbs earned theirs too.
 
Agree about the WR's. The RB's would look better if we had TE's that could partially block.

Hell, they can't even spell BLOCK.
 
40 pass attempts to 14 rushes...says it all for me. Jay is NOT a good play-caller.

The turds “get it” as far as the run game though.

Seasons end we need to draft the best qb available and then running back who can carry 25-30 times a game. Let Kirk get his stupid $ elsewhere as well.
 
One qb today was a second year player, the other was a seasoned vet. Which one would you pay 30m to?
 
That game was lost because Dallas knows how to play in that kind of weather. The Redskins don't. They don't have a run game and really don't even attempt to have one. To think that a team that doesn't establish a run with a healthy o-line was somehow going to come in and do it with some guys they just signed, was just hoping against hope. Having a one dimensional offense can't win games like this.
