It has been thirty-five years since the plane crash. Lynyrd Skynyrd. I was a freshman in college at the time and the news was unbelievable. It was a shock.

RIP Ronnie...a terrible loss for the music world. If there is an afterlife of some sort, the live music scene there is amazing!
 
I'm sure they were fine, Mike. But for myself, having seen the real band three times, these guys are a cover band. Nothing more.

More so with the loss of Billy Powell a few years ago.
