Welcome to the new and improved version of BBQ. It is being introduced this week and it will take on an interactive format – forum members will have the chance to be a part of this weekly series. The transition to this new and improved BBQ will be fully complete by week eight.

Q1: For next week’s BBQ, feel free to make some suggestions regarding trade options. They could be incorporated into upcoming editions. The trade deadline comes the day after week eight is complete.
A: BBQ thinks it will depend on the next two games. Could the Redskins trade away a player or two? Could they acquire any players? Your responses are welcomed.

Q2: Free agency will not occur until after the season and the Redskins will be hampered by cap restrictions once again.
A: In the coming weeks, we will look at players who should stay and those who may be targets from other teams. Feel free to submit your ideas.

Q3: College prospects will be examined, graded, mocked, and scrutinized.
A: If you are a mock junkie who enjoys taking a look at possible matches for the Redskins at key positions, then this is your cup of football tea. Feel free to submit thoughts on these players and who may be targeted in the 2013 draft.

Q4: Robert Griffin, III continues to blaze a path across the NFL landscape. He will be a weekly focus of BBQ – his skillsets are so unique and are unlike anything we have seen prior to this season.
A: Your adorations, insights, observations, and critical analyses are always welcomed.

Q5: Ok, we should have an actual question for this week. Can the Redskins duplicate their success from last week in North Jersey on Sunday?
A: Yes. The Griffin led offense is powerful and capable of putting many points on the board. The Giants have given their rivals to the south some bulletin board material in the locker room. It will be a tough game, but the Redskins have the tools to win this encounter. With that in mind, your weekly predictions are welcomed too.

That is all for this week. See you next Friday.

Hail To The Redskins!

I am awaiting the return of Jammal Brown from IR to solidify the OL :)

There's no reason to trade.

Kool-Aid anyone? It's tasting good today.

His stock is rising now, but a player I think the Redskins will take a long look at is Kenny Vaccaro, safety out of Texas. He's the type of player Shanahan & Allen love, and is very underrated. He's gone from a mid-round guy to a round 1-2 pick, and who knows where he'll be by April. I do think he's going to be on the radar though.
