I gotta admit, there has to be a club or 2 that men can consider their own. Men's clubs are not inherently misogynist, it's just a club for men.

But, I gotta admit it was good to read that Condaleeza Rice was admitted to Augusta.

Now Augusta can just be considered elitist!

I found out recently that they didn't allow blacks and Jews to join until 1990.

Ever since then every statement from them about their sacred traditions has left a very acid taste in my mouth.

Anyway, good for them, I guess. Welcome to the 20th century.

I am just pleased that it was Condaleeza Rice to walk through that thresh hold first. I really like her.

I'm giving it a 2-4 year window. Looking for improvement in all areas. Redskins, you're on the clock.

While I am happy they decided to join the rest of us by not discriminating possible members based on their gender, I have no issue with a private organization limiting something like this.

My opinion is that, at the end of the day, if you have a problem with it then don't support them/go there/use their equipment/whatever.

exactly. if a private organization wants to be forward leaning or anti-deluvian....so long as they aren't violating the law...it's their business.
