Final 53 Man Roster for 2012

Erik Cook has been released. One for one so far in my 53 list. :D
 
Last guess before Friday deadline

Known - Erik Cook cut

One thing I'm not sure of - Darrel Young's health. I wouldn't be surprised to see one of our FB/RBs end up on IR to start the season given the overall state of health and the newly approved IR rules changes. This could result in Dorson Boyce making the team if only temporarily.

Changes:
- Paulsen replaces Cooley (my bubble watch was grounded)
- OL changes: In - Josh LeRibeus, Jordan Black, Out - Willie Smith (PS?), Adam Gettis (PS?), Chris Campbell (cut)
- Kedric Golston takes Doug Worthington's spot (I believe Worthington is PS eligible)
- LBs upped to 9 and Markus White added back
- Cedric Griffin replaces Kevin Barnes (traded) - this could be one of the weakest players on the team
- Billy Cundiff replaces Graham Gano
- What to watch for:
- Redskins trading away additional players perhaps at RB
- Will Bryan Kehl edge out Markus White?
- Will 4 safeties be kept instead of 5?
- Might Chris Cooley be resigned?
- Additional tweaking of the roster after other teams enact roster cuts - upgrades to OL or secondary?

B&G Lady, you bring up and interesting point about trading a RB. The Lions and Packers, just off the top of my head have very confusing backfield situations, and I wonder if they might be interested in one of our four. Alternatively, I agree IR might be an option for one of them as well. But if Shanny believes all four are healthy, I wouldn't be shocked to see a trade.

I hope you passed along my feelings, concerning Banks, to the coach. I'm sure he's been waiting for my input on the matter. ;)

Disappointed about Willie Smith...expected bigger things from him. I guess those are the breaks when you get injured...
 
Rich Campbell is tweeting that CB David Jones will be released.
 
CB David Jones released. I thought he showed some things, but oh well.
 
A thought just occurred to me-is it even remotely possible there might be an attempt to wrangle a trade for Banks with somebody?

Of course it could just be wishful thinking on my part. :)
