Yes sir, and I believe Al Gore won his case....or at least partially. I recall there were about 30,000 or so votes that were never counted as a result.

Not that any of this is a surprise. Democrats have a history of trying to interfere in lawmaking/changes that would hurt the competition while benefiting them.

This is another one of those head scratching moves. From what I understand, they're suing over 3 extra days...WTF? Seems totally pointless.

It is totally pointless. I don't think it's occurred to them that they are not just upsetting one side on this issue.

Then you have to think about the military families and average citizens who will be upset about it. It just seems like a move like this, especially this far ahead of the election, has backfire written all over it.

That's just it Ex...it's this far ahead of the election. That's the thing with the voting public, they have made up their minds mostly and those who haven't will not remember something like this in November. There is going to be a long list of gaffe's by both sides between now and then that will be illuminated. There will be a handful of others who indeed remember, but overall...I doubt it.

Ex.....stay calm Mike!.......to me it all seems rather obvious: Obama does hold a "grand" transformational vision....one that moves well toward the "to each as he needs" model. as we have seen with Obamacare....this philosophy is hugely expensive. where, in the budget, is a cash cow that can be sucked dry to sustain the income transfers demanded by Obama's social justice agenda? first two guesses don't count!!!

It's a trick question. There is no budget. Get this fat guy a cookie
