Redskins stay home for training camp

The Redskins will keep training camp this summer after briefly considering other options.

The team confirmed its decision today after at least one known conversation with Carlisle, Pa. officials where the team trained for many years. The Redskins have trained 8 of the last 10 years at Redskins Park in Ashburn, Va.

New coach Mike Shanahan considered a move, but Redskins Park has everything needed with a conference center/housing about 10 minutes away.
