• The Redskins registered multiple interceptions in a single game for the first time since Week 11 of the 2018 season when they notched two interceptions against the Houston Texans.

• Quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. made his NFL debut and finished the game 9-for-17 with 107 passing yards. He added 23 yards on the ground on two attempts.
• Haskins Jr.'s 14-yard rush in the second quarter was the longest rush by a Redskins rookie quarterback since Robert Griffin III had a 17-yard rush against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 17 of the 2012 season.
• Haskins completed a pass to rookie WR Kelvin Harmon for his first career reception. It was the first rookie-to-rookie connection on a reception for the Redskins since Robert Griffin III connected on a pass to Alfred Morris in Week 16 of the 2012 season.
• Running Back Adrian Peterson started and had 28 yards on 11 carries.
• Peterson (15,635) passed Edgerrin James (15,610) and Tiki Barber (15,632) for No. 15 and No. 14 on the NFL's all-time list for career scrimmage yards, respectively.

• Thompson's 39-yard reception in the fourth quarter was the third-longest of his career.
• It is the first time in Thompson's career that he has recorded a 30-plus yard reception in consecutive games.
• Center Tony Bergstrom made his first start of the season. It was his first start at center for the Redskins since Week 6 of the 2018 season.

• Dunbar recorded his second interception of the game in the second quarter. It is the first career multi-interception game of his career. He is the first Redskin since D.J. Swearinger in Week 8 of the 2018 season to register two-plus interceptions in a single game.
• Dunbar is the first Redskin to record multiple interceptions in the second quarter of a game since Shawn Springs on Dec. 6, 2007.

• Kicker Dustin Hopkins connected on his only attempt from the field, which was a 21 yarder in the second quarter. The kick was his 103rd career made field goal.

Gruden has given up. You know how you can tell?

During his presser he finally grabbed for the injury excuse to explain why the team is easily the most penalized in the NFL.

That is usually what an HC falls back on right before he is shown the door.

Of course there is always the chance that like Zorn, Gruden simply stays the HC for the balance of the season enduring each successive loss as sort of perverse punishment from Snyder and Allen.

But mentally Gruden has officially checked out IMO.
