Reuben Foster: Latest Charges Dropped

The other factor in the Foster case that has been glossed over by the over-sensitized media is that in 2011 Ennis falsely accused another man of domestic violence and served time in prison for the charge.

THAT in my mind is one of the major factors in the DA dropping the charges because he had a case he didn't think he could win based on the veracity of Ennis as a witness.
