    It's when you pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor, and then you cook them in a pan with a touch of butter for just a minute or two to heat it through. Its mock-rice!

    Boiled down a whole chicken, picked it, and then boiled carrots/onions/celery in the broth. I added egg noodles, threw in spices and the meat back in. Home-made chicken noodle soup! Perfect for a snowy night.
