No, unrealistic expectations that fans like you place on Rookie players.

Only fans expect Rookies to step off the bus from college and perform at All Pro level

When I say Redskins fans claim to have patience for a rebuild and player development,except they don't...that is the truest statement ever.
 
Expecting a player to do what we drafted him to do without giving a huge amount of praise every time is unrealistic?

Nobody said he needed to be an all pro, but performing a typical block isn't an amazing feat either. It just is what it is...his job.

Participation trophies are for little kids in flag football. He's paid millions to do a job. That's enough praise unless he is actually an all pro or wins a super bowl.

All I was trying to show was that the guy is putting in work and progressing. That's a GOOD thing.

He's making a little over a million :) He's a rookie. And he's playing well with some growing pains. Do we have to be argumentative and snarky about everything nowadays?

Not a tough audience at all I like Cosmi a lot but the video was displaying his use of hand placement and the writers take of that turning him into a stud . Having ran my towns youth program for 12 years hand placement is something we teach 7 yr olds so yea by the time he’s a pro I expect him to be able to recover from poor hand placement 🙂

Amazing. The Eagles kept Zach Ertz for the past year beyond last year's trade deadline and the offseason/draft just to deal him for a rookie #6 corner that has been inactive the first weeks of the season and a #5 pick in 2022.

As I remember the Eagles were turning down a #3 pick during the draft to keep Ertz and now they dealt him several games into a rebuilding year?

Poor personnel management.

Well with our pass catching corps in the MASH unit you’d think they “may” establish a run. With the Chefs being 29th in rush defense in total yards and ypc it tells me one thing, Turner will call 50 f’n throws.
