I'd probably make a point of eating it-preferably with as many people as possible watching. :devilish:

I have always wanted to try 'Geoduck' (pronounced 'gooey-duck'), a Pacific Northwest clam. Geoducks are huge, and of course because of their resemblance to a certain... ahem... body part, get most of their attention from that. Found an online source and ordered a few pounds for our annual beach trip. I'm going to serve them up raw as sashimi with a chili crisp dipping sauce, and also make a chowder out of them.

Would you?

I will always try everything once lol, so yes I would. I think first time ever heard of these things was when Mike Rowe had to deal with them on an episode of 'Dirty Job's lol.

Hell ya, it's a cake. We've made the "litter box" cake a few times, and most people get a good laugh.

This may be the worst version of "Is It Cake?" to play. (I really enjoyed season one of that Netflix series. Season 2 was pretty good as well. Love the craft and artistry.)

So I ended up doing a Manhattan Clam Chowder with Geoduck subbed in for traditional clams. It was pretty amazing. Not sure I'll do it again just because of cost for the clams, but gotta say, the Geoduck was tender and tasted great. Best damn clam chowder I've ever had or made for sure.
